Nurturing Dyad, LLC (“Nurturing Dyad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides faith-based educational, coaching, and support services for mothers and mothers-to-be.
Our content and Services may include education and discussion related to pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant development, reflexes, sensory development, breastfeeding and feeding, nervous-system regulation, emotional wellbeing, parenting, and related topics.

Nurturing Dyad does not provide medical or clinical care through these Services.

3. Founder’s Professional Credentials
The founder of Nurturing Dyad may identify herself as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Licensed (COTA/L).
This professional credential reflects her education, training, and licensure.
However, the existence of this credential does not mean that Nurturing Dyad's Services are occupational therapy services.
Nurturing Dyad's programs and coaching are offered as non-clinical educational and support services.
Participation in a Nurturing Dyad Program does not establish an occupational therapy provider-patient relationship or otherwise transform educational coaching into clinical treatment.
4. Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum
Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery are highly individual experiences.
Information provided by Nurturing Dyad is intended to help mothers become more informed and prepared; it does not guarantee a particular pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum, or recovery outcome.
Nurturing Dyad does not guarantee that participation in any Program will:
-
result in a particular type of birth;

-
eliminate pain;
-
prevent complications;
-
prevent pelvic-floor symptoms;
-
prevent postpartum complications;
-
result in a specific recovery timeline;
-
result in a specific breastfeeding outcome; or
-
change the medical course of a pregnancy or birth.
Birth plans and preparation are educational tools and should remain flexible because circumstances can change during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Any decisions concerning medical care should be made with your qualified healthcare provider.
5. Newborn and Infant Development
Nurturing Dyad may provide educational information regarding newborn care, infant development, developmental milestones, primitive reflexes, sensory development, movement, feeding, sleep, regulation, and related topics.
This information is intended for education and general awareness.
It is not a developmental evaluation or diagnosis and should not be used to determine whether a child has a developmental disorder, neurological condition, sensory processing condition, feeding disorder, or other medical or developmental condition.
Children develop at different rates, and individual developmental differences do not necessarily indicate a problem.
If you have concerns about your baby's or child's development, feeding, movement, behavior, sleep, regulation, or overall health, seek an evaluation from an appropriately qualified healthcare or developmental professional.
6. Breastfeeding and Feeding Information
Nurturing Dyad may discuss breastfeeding, breastmilk, feeding, newborn feeding behaviors, and related educational topics.
Such information is general education and does not constitute individualized lactation consultation, medical advice, or treatment.
Feeding decisions are personal and may be influenced by medical, nutritional, developmental, cultural, family, and other circumstances.
If you have concerns regarding your baby's feeding, weight gain, hydration, milk supply, oral function, swallowing, or other feeding-related concerns, seek individualized assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare or feeding professional.
7. Nervous-System, Regulation, Reflex, and Sensory Information
Nurturing Dyad may discuss nervous-system regulation, stress responses, primitive reflexes, sensory processing, movement, body awareness, and related educational concepts.
These topics are presented for educational purposes.
Statements regarding how an activity, strategy, reflex, or regulation technique may affect an individual should not be interpreted as a promise that the strategy will produce a particular medical, developmental, neurological, behavioral, or therapeutic outcome.
Individual responses vary.
Nurturing Dyad does not diagnose or treat neurological, developmental, sensory, behavioral, or other medical conditions through its educational Services.
8. Faith-Based Content
Faith is an intentional part of Nurturing Dyad's approach.
Our Services may include Christian perspectives, prayer, Scripture, references to God, faith-based encouragement, and discussions concerning motherhood, identity, surrender, peace, and personal growth.
Faith-based content is provided as part of our educational and supportive approach.
Nurturing Dyad does not represent that prayer, faith practices, or spiritual practices are a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional care.
You are responsible for making your own healthcare and personal decisions and for seeking appropriate professional assistance when needed.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Nurturing Dyad does not guarantee any particular result from using our Services.
Your experience and results may depend upon many factors, including your individual circumstances, health, pregnancy, birth experience, postpartum circumstances, participation, decisions, environment, and factors outside of Nurturing Dyad's control.
Any examples, testimonials, stories, or descriptions of outcomes are individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise or representation that you will experience the same outcome.
Nurturing Dyad does not represent that any particular result is typical unless expressly stated and appropriately supported.
10. Health and Safety
You are responsible for making appropriate decisions concerning your own health and your baby's health.
Before beginning any exercise, breathing practice, physical activity, nutritional change, or other practice discussed through Nurturing Dyad, consider whether it is appropriate for your individual circumstances and consult your healthcare provider when appropriate.
If you experience symptoms that concern you, seek appropriate professional medical care.
Nurturing Dyad is not an emergency medical service.
If you believe that you or your baby is experiencing an emergency, contact emergency medical services or an appropriate healthcare professional immediately.
Do not delay seeking medical care because of information you received from Nurturing Dyad.

Such references are provided for informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or representation regarding the third party.
You are responsible for independently evaluating third-party information and services.
13. Educational Content Is Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Nurturing Dyad's Services are intended to complement informed decision-making, not replace appropriate professional care.
You should continue to maintain relationships with qualified healthcare professionals who can provide individualized care appropriate to your circumstances.
This may include, depending on your needs:

Nurturing Dyad does not warrant that every piece of information will always be complete, current, or applicable to every individual.
Where information is presented as educational or emerging, it should not be interpreted as established medical fact solely because it appears on our Website or in our Services.

Nurturing Dyad strives to communicate health-related information accurately and responsibly.
Educational discussions about health, development, birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, reflexes, sensory development, nervous-system regulation, or other health-related topics should not be interpreted as promises of diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure.
Nurturing Dyad does not intend to make claims that a product, Program, strategy, or educational resource will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition unless such claim is expressly supported and lawfully made.
Health-related statements made in our marketing, social media, educational materials, or Programs should be understood in the context in which they are presented and should not be interpreted more broadly than stated.
16. Testimonials and Personal Experiences
Testimonials, reviews, stories, and personal experiences shared by Nurturing Dyad or its participants reflect the experiences of the individuals providing them.
A person's experience does not guarantee that another person will experience the same result.
Personal testimonials should not be interpreted as scientific proof, medical advice, or a guarantee of outcome.
Nurturing Dyad does not represent that an individual's experience is necessarily typical of all participants.
