Motherhood is beautiful… but let’s be honest, it can also feel incredibly lonely. No one tells you about the quiet guilt, the long nights of second guessing, or the moments where you wonder when you stopped recognizing the woman in the mirror. You are so focused on the baby that you start forgetting about yourself.

You leave the hospital with this tiny baby and they say "All right, you are on your own, good luck!" And you are standing there thinking "How am I supposed to just know how to do this?" 

And then the worry starts to hit you out of nowhere.

You scroll, you Google, you listen to everyone’s opinions, and somehow you end up more confused than before. There is so much noise, so many shoulds, and not enough space to just breathe and hear God’s voice in it all.

Here is the truth no one says out loud: you were not meant to just survive this season. This season should have space for quiet peace and joy, yes some stress, but not the kind that leaves you overloaded and running on empty. God has more for you than this constant overload, and you deserve to feel peace.

I am a wife and mother of six, and like many moms, I wear many hats. One of those hats is my work as a pediatric occupational therapy assistant, where for over five years I have walked alongside infants, children, and families during the early stages of development. This professional experience, paired with my own journey through motherhood, shapes the way I support mothers today.

Over the years, I have learned how important it is for mothers to find peace in the midst of it all. When we slow down, become present, and feel supported, we are better able to nurture our children with confidence and joy rather than living in constant overload. Small shifts in understanding, routine, and connection can make a meaningful difference for both mother and baby.

My background includes education and training in infant development, early intervention, sensory processing and integration, primitive reflex patterns and their impact on development, nervous system regulation, craniosacral and manual approaches, infant massage, and lactation knowledge. I weave this understanding into my work through education, encouragement, and practical support that honors the unique needs of each family.

I created Grace & Growth to educate, empower, and walk alongside mothers through this sacred season. This is not just a program to me, it is a calling. God has taken my passion for supporting families and shaped it into a ministry. All the glory belongs to Him.
