Prepared with Peace
Turn fear about labor, birth, and newborn care into calm, confident preparation rooted in God’s promises.
When pregnancy feels heavy, you're not alone. Â

Because motherhood was never meant to begin in fear. God has given you power, love, and a sound mind, and you deserve support that reflects that truth.
Â
Motherhood was never meant to begin in fear.
Motherhood was not meant to be entered through fear.
Scripture reminds us:
“God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7
In our time together, we return to this truth again and again, helping you:
- Release anxious thoughts and fears to God
- Anchor your preparation in prayer and scripture
- Walk into birth knowing you are not doing this alone
Because God has given you power, love, and a sound mind, and you deserve support that reflects that truth.

I’m a wife and mother of six, and like many moms, I wear many hats. One of them is my work as a pediatric occupational therapy assistant, where for over five years I’ve walked alongside infants, children, and families in the earliest stages of development. That professional experience, paired with my own journey through motherhood, shapes the way I support mothers today.
Over the years I’ve seen how important it is for mothers to find peace in the midst of it all. When we slow down, become present, and feel supported, we’re better able to nurture our children with confidence and joy instead of living in constant overload. Small shifts in understanding, routine, and connection can make a meaningful difference for both mother and baby.
My background includes education and training in infant development and early intervention, sensory processing and integration, primitive reflex patterns and their impact on development, nervous system regulation, craniosacral and manual approaches, infant massage, and lactation knowledge. I weave this understanding into our work together through education, encouragement, and practical support that honors the unique needs of each family.
I created Prepared with Peace to educate, empower, and walk alongside mothers through this sacred season. This is not just a program to me, it is a calling. God has taken my passion for supporting families and shaped it into a ministry. All the glory belongs to Him.
