Welcome I'm Sasha

I am a Christian woman, wife, mother of 6, and pediatric occupational therapy assistant (COTA/L). Motherhood is both a personal and professional calling God has graciously placed before me.

Through my own journey and years of working with children, I’ve seen something again and again: when a mother is supported, encouraged, and equipped, it changes the way she shows up for her baby.

That is why my guiding belief is simple:

Nurture the mother first. The baby follows.

I believe caring for a baby starts with caring for the mother, not because she has to be perfect, but because her well being matters too.

My mission is to walk alongside mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood with faith centered encouragement, practical education, and genuine support.

I want mothers to move from overwhelm and uncertainty to confidence, connection, and peace, to trust their God given instincts, understand their baby’s development, and feel equipped for the season they’re in.

Because when we nurture the mother, we create space for both mother and baby to thrive.
